Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

How to exercise your rights

Email hello@dmtstudio.co.uk with your request. We'll respond within one month, as required by law.

Legal basis for processing

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you've chosen to send us — and website analytics data on the basis of consent, implied by continued use of the site.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it directly first — hello@dmtstudio.co.uk.
